ah i have no idea what brand but if you're using android there should be like a recovery option like hold the power button and volume down and there you'd be sent to the command and there should be instructions.. which is unfortunate because you'd have to reset your phone however usually that's last resort .. you should use alt ways like smart lock but IDK if you have any other phone brands try lookingit up online
